Ultra"C"Tabs are one of the fastest oral
medications available today for the treatment of erectile
dysfunction. The Ultra"C"Tab contains the same
active ingredient as Lilly Icos' ® tablet, Tadalafil.
It is a mint flavored sublingual medication for treatment
of male erectile dysfunction and is equivalent to taking
Cialis tablets. Ultra"C" Tabs allow for a spontaneous
on demand dosage form of Tadalafil. The special sub-lingual
lozenge(Troche) significantly speeds up efficacy.
Direction :
Ultra "C" tabs are spontaneous, 15-20minute rapid
onset of action vs. the tablet form, 1-2 hour wait. The
other alternative (tablet form) requires calculated planning
& diminishes partner interest. Tablet form effectiveness
is dependant on gastric absorption, therefore a full stomach
will cause varying results.
Side Effects:
Like all medications, Ultra "C" tabs
can have some side effects. The most common side effects
are headache and facial flushing. In rare cases erection
has been known to last more than 4 hours. If this occurs
seek medical help immediately. Ultra "C" tabs
do not provide any protection against sexually transmitted
diseases and are designed only to overcome male erectile
dysfunction.

If you're a man who uses nitrate drugs, like nitroglycerine,
never take Ultra "C" tabs. The combination of
Ultra "C" tabs and nitrates can make your blood
pressure suddenly drop to unsafe or life-threatening level.
You could get dizzy, faint, or even have a heart attack
or stroke. Nitrates are found in many prescription medications
that are used to treat angina (chest pain due to heart disease)
such as: Nitroglycerin, (tablets that are used orally and
designed to be dissolved in the mouth, skin patches, sprays,
and ointments), isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate
(tablets that are used orally and designed to be dissolved
in the mouth) Nitrates are also found in recreational drugs
such as amyl nitrate or nitrite ("poppers"). If
you are not sure if any of your medications contain nitrates,
or if you do not understand what nitrates are, ask your
health care provider or pharmacist. Do not share your prescription
with anyone.
