Fast Weight Loss
Tips
Before losing weight one
should know how weight is gained. Extra calories
we consume don’t go out of our body,
they accumulate as fat layer in abdominal
cavity and buttocks in case of males and in
females these extra fats accumulate in abdominal
cavity, breast and buttocks. So food should
be taken according to our body needs. After
age of 40 years our metabolic rate decreases
by 1 % every year so diet should be monitored
accordingly. But generally reverse happens;
we keep on increasing our diet.
Here are some tips for fast
burning of extra calories we take.
»
Slow and conscious breathing. It has been
noticed that generally people uses only 20%-30%
of their lungs. Most of people remain ignorant
that are living because they are breathing.
Conscious breathing while exercising, working
and resting burns extra calories very fast.
So breathe slowly, deeply and consciously.
Even if we start utilizing 40-50% of our lungs
lot of calories can be burnt without much
work out. Even in yogasans breath is vital
part of work out.
» Be
punctual to get early in the morning and go
to bed as early as possible. If one gets up
one hour before sunrise and goes to bed four
hours after sunset, one remains always fit.
After getting up in the morning go out for
a morning walk. While walking, breathe slowly,
consciously, and deeply.

Drink lots of water during daytime but don’t
drink water while eating. Drinking water while
eating slows down our metabolic rate, some
time food is not digested properly. Drink
water, as much you can, after one hour of
taking food.
» There
are many yogasanas by practicing them one
can loss weight very fast.

Learn about your anaerobic threshold (AT).
It is a state where we start feeling breathless
after a hard work out. So if we exercise beyond
our anaerobic threshold extra fats burn at
a very fast rate. There are many methods by
which we can learn about our AT. Working out
below our AT does not burn extra calories
fast.
