Flu threat and avian flu threats are hottest debatable issues around the globe. Sometime it seems a dangerous threat for humanity but many times it seems just a false panic created via media or news mongers. It took birth in Asia, but now has become threat for globe.

Public health organizations are sending strict warning to the public regarding spread of flu around the world. Now it has been confirmed that HSNI bird flu virus has become so resistant that it can spread from human to human too. Only few Governments have submitted plan of action regarding this.

This flu threat has taken birth in Asia where hygienic conditions are not up to the mark. The HSNI bird flu strain has so far killed about 80 people in Asia. Experts fear that it may spread to Africa by migratory birds from Russia where birds already have been detected with flu virus. Millions flock of birds migrate to Africa every year in search of warmer climate. Birds from Russia fly via Eastern Europe and assemble in area like Rift valley in East Africa. From here they enter into Europe where till now no serious detection has been made. Morocco and Algeria are transit point for these migratory birds.

Over the last eight years avian flu has been detected in 11 Asian countries. The flu virus has been spread by migratory birds, with recent reports of virus in Siberia.

While killing hundred of millions of birds, the current HSVI strains of avian flu has spread to only approximately 100 human, 80 has died.Until now, most human victims have been infected directly from birds, with little evidence of human to human transmission.

Scientists have strictly warned for years that deadly virus could mutate into a form which can easily be transmitted between humans, putting millions of lives at risk. Now this threat is becoming real possibility. Experts have reported in science magazine that global break down of flu threat is hundred percent.
